We are Faraday (Faraday HQ LTD, incorporated in Aotearoa New Zealand).
We are committed to protecting the privacy of our clients and their customers across APAC and the world. When we refer to "privacy law" we primarily mean the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020, Australian Privacy Act 1988, GDPR, and applicable privacy and data protection related legislation and regulation in other jurisdictions.

As a company which is centred around privacy, we do not utilise cookies, analytics, or similar technologies on our website.

External & third-party comms

We do not intend to transfer your personal data outside of New Zealand. However, if necessary, we will only do so in accordance with relevant legal requirements. If transferring to a jurisdiction that we believe does not provide adequate protection, we will implement appropriate safeguards.

You also have the right, in certain circumstances:
